Q: What is the Automotive Advantage Program?
A: The Automotive Advantage Program is a voluntary benefit offered by your organization to help you and your family purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle through the Ewald Automotive Group family of dealerships. The program provides exclusive price discounts and benefits to you as our customer.

Q: Who is eligible to take advantage of this program?
A: You are able to take advantage of this program because you work for a company that has partnered with Ewald Automotive Group and is currently offering the benefits of the Automotive Advantage Program. Your immediate family qualifies for the great benefits this program has to offer as well.

This includes your spouse, parents, children, grandchildren, grandparents, brothers and sisters.

Q: What is the price I pay for a vehicle through the Automotive Advantage?
A: Your pricing depends upon the company that you work for. To find out what pricing you qualify for, please contact our program representatives at 866-443-9253. You are guaranteed to pay no more than Factory Invoice Cost on any new vehicle we sell*.

Q: Are there additional benefits to the Automotive Advantage Program?
A: Program Benefits include:

   - All Applicable Rebates and Incentives (contact a representative to ensure you receive all applicable rebates/incentives)
   - Fair Market Value for Your Trade In

   - First Priority Delivery Scheduling
   - Membership to Ewald Rewards Program. For more information on this program, go to our Rewards Card page.
   - 10-15% Discount on Vehicle Accessories, Pre-Paid Maintenance Plans, Extended Service Plans and Warranties, Apparel and Parts.

Q: What brands do Ewald Dealerships represent?
A: Our dealerships represent the following New Vehicle Brands:

We are also able to acquire other brands through our Mayfair Leasing division. If you are looking for a vehicle not listed above, please contact us and we will put you in contact with an account representative from the Mayfair Leasing office who will be able to assist you with the vehicle you are looking for.

In addition, if you are searching for a specific pre-owned vehicle but don't see it in our inventory at www.ewaldauto.com, please inquire and we will try to locate it for you.

Q: Can I Purchase or Lease a vehicle through this program?
A: Through the Automotive Advantage, you have the option to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle. You may have a preference on which option works best for your situation, or you may have questions about the best route to go. Our team of sales professionals and managers will guide you in the right direction depending on your needs, wants and current life events.

Q: Can a person with no credit, bad credit, low credit, bankruptcy or repossession history take advantage of the Automotive Advantage?
A: Every individual's financial situation varies. We encourage people who feel these situations apply to them to contact us in order to find a suitable solution and explore options that may exist for them. In most cases, we are able to find a vehicle that works for an individual.

In addition, we have a dedicated member of our team who works specifically with customers who find themselves in these situations. We are happy to have her contact you to get you started in the right direction.

Q: If my company qualifies for manufacturer affiliation or supplier pricing, can you help me obtain this discount?
A: Yes. The Automotive Advantage facilitates the necessary paperwork for you to obtain the pricing discount that you qualify for because of your employer's relationship with our manufacturers. We will obtain a pin# for you when you visit our dealership during your scheduled appointment time.

Note: Not all Automotive Advantage customers qualify for the manufacturer affiliation program pricing, so we will be sure to tell you what you qualify for after you contact our program representatives.

Q: How is financing/leasing arranged?
A: Purchase/Lease financing may be obtained at your discretion from any source. We currently work with over 30 financial institutions to assist all customers with this process.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. The customer pays the price of the vehicle, tax, titling and licensing fees. If the customer chooses to add accessories, extended service contracts, aftermarket packages or any additional items that have a cost associated with them, the customer is responsible for paying at the time of delivery.

Note: Current market conditions have limited normal dealer inventory levels, which has caused an increase in cost for locating a vehicle out of our sales territory. If this applies to your transaction, a nominal fee may be applied to pick up your new vehicle. See dealer for details.
